Three talented chefs from the Hellenic Chef’s Association led the seminar that took place over 2 days at Akis Bar in Lakka.
Saturday was theory based, explaining techniques and equipment that could be beneficial and Sunday was more practical, we all left with some delicious recipe’s to try.
